WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP? We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Please include your apartment, unit and suite numbers in all orders. Failing to do this can result in your order being returned to sender. In this case, you are responsible for your items being reshipped. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I GET A REFUND? All sales are FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. After the 5 day window, you are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
